Before I lost 100 pounds…my “previous” life as I sometimes feel it was, I was on a bit of a roller coaster. A drink and eat all you want binge-fest, or a “I’m on a diet I can’t eat anything” slump that made me grumpy, hate life and quickly give up.
Then I had my breakthrough and it changed my life forever. When this happened my focus no longer became on losing weight, but being healthy. I now create meals that are delicious, healthy and still help create that wonderful tradition of eating together and enjoying delicious food.
Previously my idea of sitting down together for a weekend breakfast was homemade cinnamon rolls or bacon, eggs, sausage, or pancakes, or biscuits and gravy, the works. We enjoyed this every weekend as a tradition. Continue reading and get the recipe here! Enjoy!
