Cooking Fresh And Local – Fresh Asparagus Recipe For The Sammamish Farmers Market
Fresh asparagus – do you love it? I know I do! I created this recipe for the Sammamish Farmers Market demo I did this past week. I went around to the booths and picked the freshest items I could find, got inspired and came up with this! Delicious!
Fabulous as a dip for vegetables or rice crackers or toss with some hot pasta. OR you can put it over chicken breasts and bake – gets hot and bubbly – YUM!
Here I am serving it up for the people scouting the market for their fresh bounty.
