Keep this on hand….Kale salad and broccoli slaw
These are two great items to keep on hand for quick omelets! This is one of my favorite lunches. Saute a handful of each, whisk in a couple of eggs, top with cheese if you want and voila! Today I was busy so I ate just a pear and a bit of cheese for lunch, so this was my post-workout meal. Quick and easy! Keep these in your refrigerator so you don’t have the excuse that you are too busy to cook!
