This is a recipe I make for my family often because it is just 3 simple steps to amazing flavor thanks to our Caribbean Inspired Healthy Cooking Sauce, and we all love it!

P.S. This makes A M A Z I N G pulled pork sandwiches too.

Watch the video to see how incredibly simple this technique is. You can use this technique with all of our sauces and any meat too, so switch it up for Smoky Latin braised beef, Creole braised turkey legs, or North African braised lamb to keep dinner exciting all week long!

For this recipe of about 1-1/2 lbs of pork with small bones (which I later removed), I used about 1/2 a jar of our concentrated cooking sauce. Use a few tablespoons of the leftover sauce to simmer rice for incredibly delicious Caribbean rice for a simple side!

*Our Caribbean sauce has a little kick if you like a bit of spice! If you’d rather keep it on the mild side try our Smoky Latin and North African cooking sauces.
