4cupshigh quality brothUse bone broth for extra nutrition if you like
Salt to taste and chopped hot chili pepper to taste, optionalOur sauces are extremely low in sodium so you can adjust salt to your own tastes
Place all of the ingredients in your slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours.
The chicken will fall apart with a gentle nudging of a fork, shred to the texture you like.
