Preheat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. When hot add oil, swirl to coat.
Add the chicken pieces, cook on all sides until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add the Mesa de Vida North African cooking and seasoning sauce, RightRice, broth/water, and salt to taste. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, cover and turn off the heat. Let the pan sit for 10 minutes.
*Optional step, but one I love: As soon as the 10 minutes are up, turn the heat back on to high for 1 minute to let the bottom of the rice get just a bit crispy and browned.
Fluff with a fork and serve. Enjoy!
